Kreps started with Tucker in 1993 and most recently served as executive vice president, and is the first female executive of the company. She has won numerous awards with the company. Her role today involves, among other things, day-to-day problem solving, coaching and training. She was named Executive VP in 2007 and President of the Residential Division 2016. She was born and raised in Indianapolis, married to Mike Kreps, with six children and nine grandchildren. She is also active in her local church running the women’s ministry.
Donna Kreps excels at real estate. For 25 years, Donna dominated sales goals, has led sales associates to success, built long-standing relationships and grew every part of the F.C. Tucker organization she has encountered. She joined F.C. Tucker Company, Inc. In 1993, working out of the East office and becoming its first female manager, and quickly achieved every sales award possible before becoming the first female on the executive management team in 1998. She advanced to Director of Professional Coaching in 2005, General Sales Manager in 2006, Executive Vice President in 2008 and President of the Residential Division in 2016. The company is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and Donna remains the only female to hold an executive management role.
Donna’s path to excellence began at an early point in her career. F.C. Tucker promoted her to residential manager of Tucker’s high-performing East Office after just five years at the company. There, she doubled the number of sales associates to over 50, the largest in the office’s history, successfully relocated the office to a new state-of-the-art facility and eventually became senior vice president and residential division manager for the East Office.
Since joining the executive team in 2007, Donna has significantly contributed to F.C. Tucker’s growth as Indiana’s largest independently owned comprehensive real estate firm with more than 40 offices and more than 1,400 sales associates throughout Indiana and select markets in Kentucky.
What would you like to say about your career in Real Estate and the industry?
I’ve had an amazing 30 years in the Real Estate Industry.. I’ve had the privilege to help countless first time buyers realize the privilege of home ownership. I’ve had the honor of helping buyers and sellers during challenging and exciting times. I can’t imagine a career more fulfilling or rewarding.
Real Estate has also afforded me the ability to be a blessing to my family and to my community.
The Real Estate Industry fuels our economy. The fact that our citizens can buy and sell real estate means we are a FREE people. The rippling effects of the buyer and seller entering into a real estate transaction are numerous. We add much to the GDP.
I am also proud to work for an industry that GIVES so much back to the communities we serve.
