Connie Mui-Reilly who is the EVP and Chief Information Officer at Douglas Elliman. Connie has found great success overseeing all technology efforts for all 7000 users! This includes work with infrastructure, security, strategy, operations, cyber security, compliance and more. Prior to joining the Douglas Elliman team Connie served as the Director of Technology Services at Corcoran, a subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp, which included oversight of support issues, coordination of security and compliance.
Since joining Douglas Elliman, Connie has launched several agent-focused learning and development initiatives. Everything from launching new apps and sales tools, to building a national training team. She has also hosted Technology Open Houses and road shows to maximize the benefits of technology to agents.
Connie has over 20 years of experience in real estate technology and has been changing the industry since the beginning.
