Casey Bryan has dedicated over a decade to her career in the Real Estate industry. Holding positions ranging from Sales Agent to, now, Regional Market President. She prides herself on having a deep understanding of what it takes to properly manage and grow an effective team. Her unwavering dedication to solutions and service is made evident in her professionalism throughout her rich career.

Casey began her career as an agent in Augusta, GA. During this time, though she knew very few people in this new town, Casey worked her way up using her effective rhetorical and negotiation skills. Eventually, she was able to add on the addition of New Home Sales, where her personable and attentive personality allowed her to see great success. Because of this grassroots effort by Bryan, the vital components that make the Real Estate world tick, are not lost on her. “I love the way our industry is constantly evolving, as my true passion is in helping others to grow themselves and adapt. Celebrating successes and identifying areas of opportunity is essential in collaborating in an austacious manner.” As a Regional Market President, Bryan has upheld this sentiment and aims to continue to exceed team expectations.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Casey has held memberships with the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors with great admiration for the professionals in the Real Estate industry. In addition, her community outreach efforts have helped to amplify the passion she has for her career, as she feels each of these humbling experiences has taught her something new to bring to the table in her Presidential position. Casey has volunteered to transform her community with KCRAR Rock the Block, participated in the Pink Carpet Charitable organization, aimed to break the cycle of poverty with United way, and helped to make wishes come true for inundated children through the Make a Wish Foundation. Each of these opportunities has contributed to Bryan’s highly amiable approach to management.

Casey holds certification as both a CRNC Instructor as well as an Advantage Instructor, and aims to utilize this assertion to uphold the standards expected and seen of her throughout her rich career. No stranger to hard work, Bryan joins the acclaimed BHHS Florida
Properties Group family, as their eager and passionate Regional Manager of the Brandon, South Tampa, Zephyrhills, and New Tampa Offices. “I am so incredibly passionate about our industry.” Says Casey, who views her position as one that can only function as well as
her team does. She continues, “I am completely devoted to the overall health and success of our company as a team.” Her heart lies entirely in coaching and assisting others to grow and reach their full potential, whilst enjoying the many challenges and intricacies of running a business.

What would you like to say about your career in Real Estate?

Real estate has been one of the best decisions of my life. It has provided a career that challenges me and has made me grow immensely. I’ve made more mistakes than I care to admit along the way but love the fact that, at every turn, I have been able to serve people.

What would you say about the Real Estate industry?

The Real Estate industry is strong. It gives individuals a way to grow their wealth, whether they are investing, purchasing a personal residence or practicing real estate as a career. I’ve never been more proud to work in the industry and have been humbled by the response of my peers during COVID. We have seen highs and lows in the industry but each time have come out wiser and more resilient.

Anything else you want to talk about that has brought you success or to the place you are today.

I have the privilege of working for two of the most incredible men. Dewey and Allen are legends in their own regard and live their lives the same way they run their business- with humility, grace and integrity! I had the privilege of being mentored by Chris Kelly (now the CEO of Ebby Halliday Companies) and Mike Frazier, the current CEO of ReeceNichols. They pushed me to limits I didn’t know possible and made me think in a greater business sense. Mike, to this today, still provides me with great mentorship and never fails to check in on me at the right time! Personally, my family is my anchor. My husband and I have 5 children and he has been my unfailing support and biggest cheerleader from day 1. This career wouldn’t be nearly as rewarding without his support and my family to come home to!
