Now Available: Buyside’s Brand New Support Center

Buyside is continuing to invest on our clients! Recently we have added team members to bring you a world class experience from Buyside. Today, we’re excited to unveil a new support resource for all of our platform users. You’ll notice that as of last week, our support site looks a bit different. This is because we’ve rebuilt the help center from scratch, using a new platform, over the course of the past months.

We heard you! There are things you’ve asked for and we’ve delivered, such as, a new manager section to help understand your admin dashboard and helping your agents find success Articles and videos that make learning Buyside as simple as it’s ever been. Also, 1-2 minute tips that give you insight into some of the most powerful tools at your disposal and much more.

You’ll also find weekly webinars on how to use Buyside. You can sign up for our weekly webinar series here, and see the videos if you missed the live presentation. These will give insight into the best parts of Buyside and give you a chance to ask any questions you might have with some of our knowledgeable staff.
