Work as a champion for Buyside’s clients to make sure they are getting the support they need to be successful on our suite of SaaS & data products.
As Customer Support Specialist, you will own to our customers satisfaction with technical problems they may encounter when using our products and services. You will be a champion for their success, partnering with the development team to ensure issues are promptly resolved and helping create an outward reputation of strong customer service. You will help be an eye to proactively escalate concerning issues to Account Managers & executive leadership. You will identify areas of improvement and assist in execution of improved processes. You will be hungry to learn and grow in your career, as Buyside is a growing company looking for rockstars to bring on board to grow with us.
You report to: Director of Training and Engagement, Partnerships
