At Buyside, you will be working in a fast paced technically challenging and rewarding role with highly collaborative and high performing team. You will work directly with customers to champion customer onboarding, drive incidents to closure, and enhance the customer support experience. Being part of the Implementation team here at Buyside, you will combine your strong technical and functional problem-solving skills with a keen business sense to deliver top notch customer-focused onboarding and continued support. You will demonstrate initiative, agility and follow through on areas of responsibility, by developing solid product and domain expertise. You will be partnering directly with Product, Development, and Data teams on a daily basis to ensure onboarding requirements and specifications are in accordance with product offerings while maintaining customer expectations. You will be working towards the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and consistently exceeding customer expectations. The leadership team will look to you to provide peer to peer mentoring, identify knowledge gaps, improve knowledge base with technical documentation, and provide feedback.
