Buyside™ announces the first franchise-wide adoption of its buyer-data solution
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will leverage the Buyside platform on behalf of all its franchisees

Wayne, PA, August 4, 2017 – Buyside announced that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will be the first nationwide integration of the Buyside platform. Using the company’s proprietary algorithms, buyer data from all of the network’s listings will be combined with search activity from the major search portals to form a more complete picture of the demand for any property.

The insight created by Buyside’s products will be made available to every Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network agent to easily share with current and prospective home sellers. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerages will also be able to quickly deploy Buyside’s complete suite of tools.
